1. Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the service may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations after the service has begun are non-refundable.
2. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We may offer:
- A complimentary re-clean of specific areas.
- A partial or full refund, at our discretion, based on the issue reported.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Services are non-refundable if:
- The service was completed as agreed.
- Issues arise from client-provided instructions or property conditions.
